Welcome to The Henry Soap Company! This is a small business based out of Portland, Oregon. I make all my soap by hand with the love and support of my husband, two kids, and my Parents.
We do sell soap at local markets here in Portland, and I also travel to my home town of Cincinnati, Ohio to sell soap a few times a year with my mom and dad.

No orders will be shipped until payment is collected in complete.

All order are shipped 3-5 days after purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Please contact us within 24 hours if you wish to cancel your order. Once a package has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
If you are unhappy with your order, or you have had a problem with the soap, please contact us within one week and we will do our best to take care of you.
All soaps are shipped and packaged with care. We are not responsible for damaged or missing packages.
